Claudine Martinez del Rosario was born and raised in New Jersey, where she was first introduced to dancing through ballet classes at the age of 5. In high school, she directed the dance team where she moved on to jazz, hiphop and various forms of ethnic dance. She also danced and competed with the Don Bosco dance/cheer team which won first place in the national dance division ;)

When Claudine moved to California, she performed with UC Berkeley's performance group, Dansworx, for four years where she was introduced to lyrical jazz and more hiphop. Since then, she has performed at the Ethnic Dance Festival three times, doing Filipino folk dance, Hula and Tahitian dance, and finally Salsa, under the direction of Isabelle Rodriguez and Garry Johnson. Most recently, she performed at the San Francisco International Salsa Congress with Rumba Cha Dance Company, directed by Enrique Jarquin.
